These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and agreements concluded through the KZINIX website or via direct communication, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & availability
All products are described as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to screen settings, production tolerances, or product updates.
KZINIX reserves the right to:

  • Modify product specifications
  • Discontinue products
  • Limit quantities
  • At any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are displayed during checkout or communicated separately.
KZINIX reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

5. Orders & payment
Orders are considered binding once payment has been successfully processed.
We accept payment methods offered through our secure third-party payment providers.
KZINIX does not store payment card or banking details.
KZINIX reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Force majeure

6. Delivery & shipping
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
KZINIX is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping partners
  • Customs procedures
  • Force majeure events
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (B2C)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • Customized or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Returns & refunds
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods and processed via the original payment method.
KZINIX reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet return conditions.

9. Warranty & conformity
KZINIX products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Belgian and EU law.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

10. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KZINIX shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or business interruption
  • Damage caused by improper use of products
  • KZINIX’s total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

11. Intellectual property
All content on the KZINIX website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Designs
  • Texts
  • Images

Is the exclusive property of KZINIX or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Force majeure
KZINIX shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Government actions

14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
