Return & Warranty Policy

1. Scope
This Return & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through the KZINIX website or via direct sales, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
This policy is aligned with EU consumer protection law and Belgian legislation.

2. Right of withdrawal (Returns – B2C)
If you are a consumer (B2C), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at info@kzinix.com within the 14-day period.

3. Return conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging, accessories, and labels
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
  • Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.

4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and shipment.
KZINIX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless legally required
  • KZINIX reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned item has been received and approved.

6. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Limited editions explicitly marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

7. Warranty (Legal conformity)
All KZINIX products are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Belgian and EU law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity existing at the time of delivery.

8. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, coating wear, or cosmetic damage caused by use
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or misuse
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by failure to follow care or usage instructions

9. Warranty claims procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@kzinix.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and defect
  • KZINIX reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

10. Warranty remedies
If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, KZINIX may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a partial or full refund
  • The chosen remedy will comply with applicable consumer law.

11. B2B purchases
For business-to-business (B2B) purchases:

  • Different return and warranty terms may apply
  • Right of withdrawal does not apply unless explicitly agreed
  • Warranty claims are limited to defects reported within a reasonable time

12. Limitation of liability
KZINIX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
