Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by KZINIX.

Returns & Refunds

Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU law.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Warranty & Product Care

Yes. All KZINIX products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Belgian and EU law.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear
scratches or coating wear caused by use
damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
unauthorized repairs or modifications
